 August 30, 2012 - Ava getting groomed for her first shows. 
 September 1 - 2, 2012 - Ava made her debut in the conformation ring at the Cheyenne Kennel Club shows. She won her Bred By class both days. . . and on Saturday was Reserve Winners Bitch to the MAJOR! 
September 1, 2012 - The A-Team (Autumn left and Ava right) in Cheyenne.  September 8, 2012 - Gayle writes: "I gave the dogs bully sticks and Ava managed to get two in her mouth and walk around the house, like this so proud for about 15 minutes!" October 10, 2012 - Today was Ava's first herding lesson. She did really well! She respected the crook (whip to push and direct her), settled down very quickly into a nice driving style. Not intimidated by the sheep at all. She doesn't push as hard as many Standards (a good thing), so the sheep don't think they are going to die. She also did her stops/stays, let Gayle put the leash on her and walk away. Awesome for her first time.  Ava and Autumn playing in the tunnel.

 November 18-19, 2012 - Ava came to Gramma's for a sleep over and grooming.  
 
 December 1-2, 2012 - Ava came for some grooming and a sleep over. (Both Ava and Mama Liebe shut their eyes when the flash is going to go off.)  December 15, 2012 - Colorado Barn Hunt Association Fun Test - Castle Rock, Colorado Ava attended a barn hunt. She did very well and really enjoyed it! |
