Tula didn't particularly care for the fishing life. . .
she was going through her first heat and totally unimpressed.


She was pretty happy to sped time in the bunk. . .


and she made the best of it. . . most of the time.


She often longed for dry land. . .


and spent lots of time driving with her Daddy.


Tula even had a few wheelshifts without Daddy.


Tula often looked for jumpers. . .


she made new friends all up and down the coast. . .


Tula was definitely concerned about the whales. . .


and couldn't wait to get home. . .


In the end, we decided that Tula will make a fantastic boat dog in time,
though she will probably enjoy shrimping much more than salmon fishing,
where Mommy is watching her like a hawk to make sure she doesn't eat anything,
and oh - we don't catch jelly fish when we shrimp.
