Preston's pedigree

v Schonhaven-Himmlisch Preston goes by the name of Preston. The theme of the litter is fine china. . .and we selected Preston Lloyd. Not having room for Lloyd in the AKC registered name, he is just Preston.

He was born in Bellingham Washington. The bedroom where he was born has a view of Puget Sound, gateway to the Pacific Ocean.

As of January 2022, we still have Preston's semen stored for the future. . . he banks with the ICSB (International Canine Semen Bank - Colorado Branch) First in frozen assets! He is available at stud to approved bitches.
Preston's show career bagan in the summer of 2005 and just accelerated from there.

On January 6-7, 2007 CH Cedar Hills Pajama Games "PJ" using Preston's frozen semen, delivered a litter of 8 puppies (3 males and 5 females). Preston is VERY proud of his first litter ! Preston x PJ background page.

On July 25, 2007 - CH Shana Your The Apple Of My Eye "Crispin", again using Preston's frozen semen delivered a litter of 3 (1 male and 2 females). Preston is extremely proud of his second litter ! Preston x Crispin background page.

Preston also fathered litters with our Madison and Liebe in July 2008.

International Championships

Preston became an International Champion on March 25, 2007 at the Rocky Mountain Spring Sieger in Loveland, Colorado. He received four V-1 rankings, four Best of Breed wins, 2 group two wins, 1 group one win, and a BEST IN SHOW !
Preston became a National Champion on August 4, 2007 at the Laramie Summer Sieger in Laramie, Wyoming. He received four V-1 rankings, four Best of Breed wins, 2 group two wins, and 2 group three wins ! After finishing the National Championship, Preston was moved into the Ehrenklasse (honor class) where he needs only one more V-1 ranking for that championship title.

March 1 - 2, 2008, Preston earns two new International Championship titles (Ehrenklasse and Ehrenchampionatsklasse) at the 2008 Rocky Mountain Winter Sieger in Loveland, Colorado. He received four V-1 rankings, four Best of Breed wins, 2 GROUP ONE wins, and 1 GROUP TWO win ! Preston then went on to win the GOLD CUP BEST IN SHOW . . . and . . . BEST IN SHOW for show 4. Preston is the first Standard Schnauzer to win a GOLD CUP BEST IN SHOW !!!

May 9 - 10, 2009, 2009 Rocky Mountain Sieger (International All Breed Show) - Loveland, CO
Preston was Best of Breed in all four shows with critiques of V-1 (the highest ranking you can receive). He also received his title of Ehren Championat in Silver and is now working on his Gold. Preston was awarded two Working Group 1's. . . one Working Group 2. . .one Working Group 3! He was also BEST IN SHOW at Show 1 . . . and again won the GOLD CUP BEST IN SHOW (for the second year in a row)!

March 5 - 6, 2010, Rocky Mountain Sieger (International All Breed Show) - Loveland, CO
Preston was Best of Breed in all four shows with critiques of V-1 (the highest ranking you can receive). He also received his title of Ehren Championat in Gold and is now working on his Weltschonheits Championat (World Beauty Champion) title. Preston was awarded three Working Group 1's and again won the GOLD CUP BEST IN SHOW (for the third year in a row)!

In addition to Preston's International wins, he continued to show in conformation shows in Illinois, Texas, California, New Mexico, Nebraska, Indiana, Utah, Wyoming, and of course, Colorado winning many Best of Breed awards and several group placements. Preston retired from the show ring in 2010.
